Care in the community...

OK, we really should have talked this up the other week, but better late than never...

Godfather of wonky basslines, twisted house tastemaker and all round good egg Trevor Loveys has finally got his long awaited Machines Don't Care out of the traps, and its a stormer from the local lad (well, local to us at least...). Collaborations galore with Trev roping in Sinden, Herve, Drop The Lime, and of course TheMysteriousFakeBlood™.

A big big release, and if Mr Loveys doesn't buy us that pint next time he's propping up the bar then I've no idea what it will take.

... Oh, and special mention to graf-lad extrodinaire Neil from Capture the Castle for a sterling job on the cover. Good work lad - hope y'travels are going well ;)

Little Boots + Tenori-On + Hot Chip = Ace

Ok, we're suckers for geeky gadgets, like the awesome Tenori-On from those clever Yamaha people. We're also rather partial to "Stuck on Repeat", by geek-ette Little Boots (check out the brill Fake Blood mix if you get chance...). And it goes without saying we like a bit of Hot Chip now and again. So that would pretty much make this our ideal YouTube vid I suppose...

Leave it going for a bit... it builds nicely into a rather charming little cover version :)
